Heinrich, Naked Rosé 2024

Established in 1989 by Heike Heinrich in Gols, Burgenland, Weingut Heinrich has evolved into one of Austria's most acclaimed wineries. Transitioning to biodynamic practices in 2006, the estate emphasizes natural processes and minimal intervention to authentically express the region's terroir. Their vineyards, spanning approximately 100 hectares, are cultivated only with indigenous Austrian grape varieties. Pale salmon with crystalline clarity, this 100% Blaufränkisch rosé shows vibrant aromas of strawberries, red currants, pomegranate, lemon zest, and subtle herbal lift. The palate is light-bodied yet concentrated, with gentle tannic grip, chalky minerality, and brisk acidity. Flavors of rhubarb, grapefruit, and fruit tea linger through a bone-dry, long finish. Elegant, salty-fresh, and undeniably honest in character.
